Seevast has a comprehensive benefits package that is made up of many components. At Seevast, we care about the well-being of our employees from when they start their career with us to their retirement. For example, our health care package allows our employees to live healthy and comfortably now and a matching 401K program lets you rest easy about your future. We also regularly add and adjust our compensation package to best benefit our employees.

Seevast offers a preferred provider plan. All full time employees are eligible to participate in an individual or family plan with generous contributions from Seevast.

Seevast allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for any out of pocket medical, dental, vision and dependent care costs.
Seevast provides term life insurance coverage in the amount of one time annual base pay, plus benefits for accidental death and dismemberment for qualifying employees. Employees are able to purchase additional term life coverage for themselves, their spouse and children.
We offer a voluntary, non-contributory long term disability policy.
Seevast participates in Guardian's "Work-Life Matters" program. This program is a confidential support service designed to help you with issues that affect your life the most. For example, this program provides free counseling, parenting aid, relocation assistance and much more.
We participate with VPI, the nation's largest pet insurer.
Active full time employees receive paid time off for vacation, illness, to conduct personal business, or for religious or cultural reasons. This is called Personal Time Off (PTO). PTO is granted on January 1 for each calendar year. An employee starting on January 1 will receive 15 days PTO for that calendar year. An employee who starts anytime after January 1 will receive prorated PTO days. PTO also increases with your years of service.
There are currently 9 paid holidays each year, in addition our offices, close at noon on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
In order to provide a vehicle for employee tax deferred retirement savings, Seevast offers a 401(k) plan that includes both pre-tax and Roth 401(k) components and a discretionary company match
The vesting schedule on the profit sharing employer match contributions is as follows:
All full time employees receive an option grant on their date of hire with an exercise price equal to the fair market value at the date of the grant and subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's stock option plan.
